Cancellation policy

When you schedule an appointment with us we are happy to reserve that time and therapist just for you. We ask you to kindly honor our staff by notifying us a minimum of 24 hours(48 hours for packages and 72 hours for a party of 3 or more) in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment to avoid a fee of 100% of the service cost. This fee is necessary because our therapists, some of whom are called from out of town, must be compensated by the spa for the time they have taken to accomodate your time slot, even if their client does not come in. We greatly appreciation your consideration.
